Living Large

On my way to the beach in Lagos, Nigeria I was taken on a speed boat through Lagos, Apapa port. There were loads and loads of abandoned ships along the way. One would think that these waters were a graveyard for many a boat. I wonder if someone can tell me a bit more about what exactly is going on along the waters of Nigeria.
