Lit up Mansion

I am really struggling to put up really colourful images these days. I wonder if it has anything to do with my archive being concentrated on event photography and to which case I focus on photographing based on light.

Anyway I have finally found one that I am happy with colourwise. It's also not been tampered with in photoshop. A bit of history behind this one. I was commissioned to cover an AID/HIV awareness event at The Mansion House in London. I was given free license to do whatever I wanted which meant I could try all sorts of compositions and arrangements. I just love events where you're not told what to do, you're just given the room to do what you want.

I'm happy to say that the images turned out to be quite interesting but yet poignant in how they represented the event.

I'm tilting, I feel like I'm going to fall over... are we on the Titanic? :p

I love the softness of the light from the candles and the reflections you captured on the table. Thanks for sharing!
beautiful use of available light.
This is beautiful. Thanks to Jide, I'm begining to do less in photoshop and more in camera.
