Ayo, A portrait

Today and tomorrow are portraits that I will put into my colourful category. I plan over the next coming days to post very colourful images. It may mean I may not post regularly as I intend to get the images on the go. I realised after looking through my archive that my images are looking very dark all of a sudden and that is not fully me. I remember during the early years of photoblogging I was known for a lot of colour in my images.

The challenge continues...

i guess that's you in her eyes then
Jide Alakija: THanks
sharp, sharp sharp
Jide Alakija: That lens is amazingly sharp, actually all my lenses are. That's why I paid good money for them.

Real photographers shoot manual! (and Nikon) grin

Couldn't resist that...hehe. The shot is technically sound and pleasing. I can't help wanting the second eye in focus though...

Jide thanks for the tutorial ... nice!!, Yinka, you may want to get the boomk "UNDERSTANDING EXPOSURE" by Bryan Peterson, IMO its one of the best books out there that explains the relationship between Apperture, Shutterspeed, Light, DOF, Manual etc, and it has tons of image that shows you the effect when you change any of these variables. You can also check out the Official Canon tutorials for the 40D on Youtube. Those helped as well.
