B/W wedding moments #8

Somebody demanded a creatively taken shot, they even asked for a wedding shot too. Weddings is not something I do a lot of, well relative to a professional wedding photographer (e.g. Yeni, Atunbi and Suby) so I don't have many wedding images.

Anyway this shot wasn't even from a wedding I was contracted to do, I was mainly assisting. So you wouldn't be finding many shots with this bride in it on my blog.

To the individual who shall remain nameless, does this suffice?

Nice angle tongue I love the way you create the lighting, great b/w.
Jide Alakija: Thanks Tomas, the lighting was natural from the window on the right.

Great shot, like the angle a lot (woah, rhyme?). I'm about to marry my fiancee Julia, and this shot sets the tone!
Jide Alakija: Thanks Josef. Congratulations, I really wish you and Julia the greatest of times together for the future. (Who is your wedding photographer? wink

I am not too sure about this, Jide; sorry smile
Jide Alakija: Heeeheee....this is very interesting. I've noticed that most women do not like photos from below, and most men do! I wonder.

cant get much more creative than this bottom up view...those striations are a bit annoying though...

Gosh, it makes her seem immensely tall, but it also captures some detail of the dress that might otherwise be missed
Great idea! Very creative.

Great viewpoint. It leaves me completely certain that she wears the trousers!
Now, I have to say, this is one perspective on a wedding that I've never seen. And weddings are all about the dress! As others have said, wonderfully unique and creative, not to mention beautiful b/w tones.
I love the angle!! {hehehe, maybe I'm a man?}
