Yesterday was such a quiet day, only one comment and about 150 unique visitors. WOW! That's not nice. Really it isn't at least someone say something. It's not easy posting without any response. At least tell me you like the image and even if you don't want anyone to know you made the comment, call yourself "Anon" or "lagbaja" or something similar.

Anyway, to start the week off, I thought I'd paste something taken very recently. I was working from my office last week to the bank and thought I'd test the speed of the Camera. Much to my astonishment it was well worth the spend. It's B***y fast! This bus was passing by and with a quick point and shoot, this happened. I couldn't do this with my EOS 5D.

On a sad note, I just noticed that my garage at home just got broken into and my £500 bike had been stolen. Why me?????

I'd like the shot a lot better if the window wasn't dirty. Its distracting.

Possibly you were taking this image to try out the new hardware ... but remembering you posting from the fairly recent past I guess you might well like doing this sort of thing nearly as much as me.
Stan is troubled by the marginally dirty window ... For me it's an essential part of the image. Great one from my perspective.

Love her appearance; she looks aged! Love her wise expression & the dirt on the window only adds to shot – it gives it a little more character. Nice one dude x

at the the 1st paragraph that is. great shot for just a test. sorry bout da bike...love the expression on her face pressed on the glass. she's obviously staring at you. nice conversion. The subject of your pic goes along with your story of you testing your cam. perfect

Nice photo..At your comment about making comments on peoples pictures..lol..Good one! and that's all I'm going to say. No, I'll say one more thing; as a matter of fact...It goes both ways!

Jide Alakija: I'm sure it does, if I think you're referring to a point about me making comments, which I but not mainly on shutterchance.

The issue is that when you get as many views as I do you start to wonder why you post in the first place. Sometimes it's good to hear from someone you've not heard from in a while.

Over time, it has become evident that your photography has evolved .. more so towards capturing moments that truly say someting on the first instance. Technically, the picture is flawless. The moment is captured but the essence is not. It leaves one thinking why her hair is in such a state, or where she is going to, or what was on her mind before the fleeting distraction of you taking her picture. Her eyes are curious, but there is a sadness there too... she appears somewhat unkempt. Why? One can only speculate. The fact that there is nothing pretty about this picture is what makes it stunning and yet incomplete. That is photo journalism i suppose.

Love this - the window makes such a good natural frame for the figure. She has such an intense gaze, like her eyes could burn holes in you! Great capture.

Wow. What an astonishing Moment.
Jide you always impress me! You learn at an accelerated pace. Your style is maturing by the minute:This image is impeccably processed. It looks like something out of a graphic novel.
I feel like I am outside,looking into that bus, yet I also feel like I am inside it... Strange
It's reminiscent of the sense of omnipresence experienced in a dream. Very Compelling.
