I must admit I didn't expect the reception I got from yesterdays photo. I wasn't sure how it would have been received. I looks like people do like these photos. Here's another from the same walk. I took the first shot in round the corner from this one in Leicester Square.

Lovely examples of ordinary life Jide ...but I'm unconvinced about your need to create a grainy feel
Jide Alakija: Thx Richard. Let me try to convince you. Firstly the original shot was taken at a speed way to high for the correct exposure and the subject closest to the camera was totally under exposed. So I pushed the exposure on different parts of the shot to control the exposure to the way I felt would be more appropriate for the photograph. This has lead to the grain you see I'm the photo. No grain was applied in post production.
