The blessing

I've been told (offline) that I don't put up many wedding shots. and as a result am giving the impression that I don't do many weddings. To be honest, although I do do weddings, they aren't what I'm about, especially not where my blog is concerned. Most of the images I produce at weddings aren't processed to the same extent as the others I put up here on Alakija.com. But seeing as there is a demand for them, I will try to put them up more frequently.

Ouch where is this venue! I've spent over 10mins asking myself what I would do in this situation... I still don't have an answer.

Your commentary has however bought up a very interesting topic however, should wedding images be "processed" to the extent you are referring to? That is a mighty amount of work to go through if you shoot say 200-300 pics on average for an album for instance.

PP'ing 200+ images...definitely not my cup of tea! u now have a landing page, so why not put up another link for ur wedding shots. i too don't think that this blog is a suitable medium.

Ah, I think some wedding pictures deserve some level of processing. maybe not all 300 smile maybe just 5 or 6 really promising ones.

Deji makes a point though... this may not be the ideal forum for wedding pics. What do I know, though wink
Jide Alakija: Bisola, I agree with you, a photoblog is not the ideal place which is why I don't put them up. Honestly I don't process the images not because it will take forever but because I want the shots to be as natural as can be. What I put on the blog is just the ideas I play with. Thanks for your comment.
Wonderful image, the details are really goods ! Bravo !
So this wedding was at my church (www,newwine.co.uk) . I must say that the bride looked immaculate on the day even though she kept us waiting at the church for a while. i actually posted an image up on my blog too http://www.quadoshstudios.shutterchance.com/photoblog/Blissful_Moment_/.
It was nice seeing you at Muyiwa's Live recording on Friday Jide. Hope you had some really good shots. Will you post some up when they are processed?
