So was it worth the wait? I stumbled upon this one by mistake.Trafalgar square has become the venue for all sorts of displays in London and this is making it such a great place to take photos. I've managed to build up quite a bit in terms of events happening at T Square. I have one more shot to post before I move on to something else.
Nope, this one isn't a swimmer. There is a good reason why tilting isn't popular with architectural shots. Waaayy too unbalanced. The colour rocks though
when I saw this I wasn't sure if I liked it. Then I remembered what you said in previous blog past "to view an image in the context it was taken"; for this I can see the clouds nicely shown, the buildings, the people, the image and who will forget Lord Nelson. After viewing this image in its entirety, I am impressed with the colour separation and now able to appreciate it for what it is.
Excellent work.
Jide Alakija: Finally someone gets what I'm doing, infact that's what most photographers do, they focus on one subject area and document around it!
maybe the tilt on the subject matter is how you felt about the disply itself, or this was the best angle to describe the busy atmosphere there? i read your reply above to AECI, and undertood even more. maybe? ~S.
