Aint I the star of the show

I promised a good friend to post another photo from the London Pride Parade yesterday, as I was too tired after a very long shoot that lasted till 3am, I had to post up something else.

I decided to experiment with a concept involving some pop art and colour. It wasn't really easy and I don't think I got it right on this one. Photoblogging is becoming very tiresome again and I'm thinking of taking a break for a week.

Reminds me of porn pictures I have seen dating from the 1920's.

A lot of colour matching between her and the umbrella.

This is better composition than mine, and closer too (one of the few times I could've done with a longer lens). Like the muted colours.
Interesting tones. It does have sort of an aged poloroid look to it.

This is a super photo, Jide. Great impact as it is. Nothing I can think of to improve it. Sure you could have done it in many different ways, none right or wrong.

As to blogging - don't let it become a burden. It's not a job. There's no law that says you have to participate every day. So, there are a few blank days - so what?

Our photography is what's enjoyable (except for Suby - he's a pro now and not supposed to enjoy himself any more!) and if you've had a good spell, by all means share some of your results with us. If you've had a dry spell, we can wait.
