Guys I really don't have anything to put up, I'm really tired these days when I come back from work so I'm resorting to shots from things I would not normally post. I did a hard search and found this one and really liked it. It's one of my first wedding shots.

What do you all think? I personally love it for one reason....lighting, for those of you still learning how to catch that killer shot one thing I always tell me mentees (if such a word exist) is to look for the light or put your subject in the light. That's the secret.

Now that's a shot, the angle, composition and ligthing works for me, well executed!
Jide Alakija: Thanks D, but don't you think the DOF is a bit too shallow?

I love the angle and you're right, the lighting is fab. But for me, it was really hard to fall in love with the photograph. My eyes are immediately drawn to the nose which is hardly the most attractive feature on any face. The eyes or lips i can understand... the nose.. not so much. lol. I'm still partial to your work though so, good job anyway. grin

Hmmmmmnnn.....Mr JA....I can relate to this pix......but I like the blurry yet defined looked which has been blended to make.......ART!!!!!

Splendid! I love your touch.
I c why you dedicated this image to me, my tuesday images should have dedicated to you actually. Inspiration from each other is a good thing. Don't be too tired to do skin smoothing oooo in cases where it is needed so i go with abidoye on this one.
I loved the use of DOF here

you're right
the dof is shallow
but there's plenty enough happening there to keep us happy smile
