Trees in the fog

Goodness, I spent a good part of my day filing my tax. I know it's very bad of me to do it at the last minute, given that the Inland revenue were on strike today too. Anyway I found sometime to process a shot that I took the weekend Morenike came for a shoot with Suby, Skee and I.

Something I've always wanted to try was these Suby type borders. I find that they sorta add something to a shot that hasn't really got much going on in terms of subject matter. What do you think about this one?

I stare in awe, and yes the border does add a little extra something to the shot.

One of your best images bro.

Suby
P.s
I have a similar shot but a certain Alakija fella stepped into the frame :9
Jide Alakija: I kinda cheated in this one. I added the fog to it to create the drama!

Thanks Suby.

Lovely composition. It does look dramatic.
The border fits in very well with this shot i think. I like this shot...and this kind of the day..was it in the morning? Then even better
Oooh, just saw your comment on the cheating lol
A lovely feeling of tranquility Jide, nicely processed to enhance that...

Lovely light and composition. I'm still amazed at how you managed to capture this shot. I can just imagine this as a white winter scene. Still, well captures and well presented (the border is just right) About the cheating bit, let's just call it enhancement, eh wink
nicely done....like the atmosphere in the shot...
I likey. It's a "suby type shot" smile I want to play around with the borders also.

Splendid Scenery!!!
I'm likin this one also bro, I wonder what the other two came up with. Might be interseting to see theirs also. I bought that print yesterday and re-read the others comment and I have to say that none of them most likley have ever played the game so wouldn't really know what that shot would mean to a football player. But still everyone is entitled to their own opinion, it's what makes us do what we do.

How's the books going ?
Jide Alakija: Thanks Johnny, I saw that you had purchased it. Books going okay when I can find time to do some too, so much going on with the reminants of the work I did for some clients that has to be completed by the end of this month. Thanks for asking.
