In a right rut

You can figure out the pun here. Just got into the house after 12am so haven't been able to process the shot I intended to put up. This will have to do for now. At least I don't have to bore you with another portait eh?

You're quite a blogspiration! To be honest this is my favourite image so far. Renamed: Dare to disrupt monotony! An image of hope on a plane of nothingness more like, methinks! Been one of those silent vintage viewers of your site- now this dared me to speak!

How strange, I thought rope grew on trees not out the ground! Wow, you learn something new everyday. wink

Like it, you're still red ShMood so I'll just say that you could blur the mid ground on the right a little more to focus the attention on the rope....you should expect picciness from me now! smile
Jide Alakija: You're not picky enough! Actually you're right about the blur, I didn't do any bluring to this image it all came from the lens/aperture combo. Just played with the curves and channels on this one.

Haha, amazing concept with the colour seperation....nice one.

Jide Alakija: Colour seperation? Nah don't do that, not my thing, the ground was actually colourless!

What makes me smile about this shot, is how stuff like this seems to appeal to photographers! We notice it, it pulls us in, and then we lie and the ground and shoot it. Then there's people like my husband who look at us and think, "What the....?"
Jide Alakija: LMAO!

Fantastic shot Jide. I am always sure to find that someone on here has an image that will intrigue me for the day. Not sure I get the pun though. Maybe I need more coffee.
