Tami #1

Okay I know my last few posts haven't been on par, I think that's because I've been going through a very very tough time of late domestically and all sorts of things have had to take a turn in my life. I'll talk about that some other time but all I can say is it's all in Gods hands now.

To the shot. It's times like this I wish the crop size on shutterchance were a lot bigger as there is soo much detail in this image. As always great images start of with great looking subjects, Tammy here is no exception, in my opinion a natural poser and I don't mean that in the negative sense.

I was so torn between posting a colour version as that was really really striking but I decided to post this one instead and I'm not regretting it, in my opinion one of the best I've done.

Guys (members AND non-members), are you aware that shutterchance is currently running a competition? Every two weeks you could win £100 cash! You can find the details here.

Fantastic compo but whats with all the blow outs, This is failing into the catergory of over processed shots smile
Jide Alakija: I invaded Skeetown and borrowed your camera. Highlights. Well took in JPEG (CF card didn't have much space) and noticed them after the shot. Twas too cold to keep repeating. In a way I like them though. Thanks.

Very nice.

The bottom left is a distraction but otherwise I like this.
Jide Alakija: Thanks David. I don't find it distracting at all. I actually can't see how you'd shoot without it there. Sorry don't agree with you here.

Had to emphasis how much me like with capitals.
There is a but though, you know what it is, yup overblown bits, resolve and you get you second well deserved "I likey"
Jide Alakija: Thanks Suby. CONGRATULATIONS. I hear about your wedding live from Skee. Seems you had a smashing time.

Highlights. Nothing much I can do there. Took in JPEG not Raw and lights were too bright on that side I think, I still like the end result. I guess I'll just have to steal that "I likey" in the end.

Beautiful woman and great toning! I also like the location a lot. Maybe the crop is a tiny bit too tight for me, but it is an amazing shot anyway.
Jide Alakija: Thanks Ella.

Burnin' up my screen, brotha! Nice!!! Is it hot in here? My only complaint is about the highlights, particularly the lower right. If you could "calm" that down a bit it would be great. But, at any rate, the subject holds your eye!!!
Stunning! I meant the photo ;-)

Holy smoke! You have to go a long way down to leave a comment, and I'm not surprised. This is a very absorbing shot.

Tammy's a beaut, no question and in this pose and in those clothes it's quite sensual. Added to that, the shadow at right and the objects bottom left create a kind of peephole effect, the whole thing making it look like the viewer has been caught by the amused subject ogling her.

The only distraction for me is the twig beneath her leg, a tiny detail that's easy to miss when faced with such an engaging subject.

Jide Alakija: MAN! I saw that twig and thought, "No one will notice this" Colin you are such an anorak!!!! Thanks.
