Who's the photographer?

Right for some real photography as some may put it. This is another portrait of another fellow on Shutterchance. I would like you to guess who it it.

Have a great weekend.

Post processing: Curves, Level, Channel mixer, H/S on the carpet

Nice frame!
Did he saw some bugs on the floor? ;-)
Jide Alakija: He was only setting up his gear for a shoot we were going to do with Mr Skee.

Excellent framing!! Was he putting on or taking off the lens?
Jide Alakija: He was just setting up his gear. I just took a quick "no-look" shot. I was lucky with the framing.
I like this one, with the photographer at work.
Jide Alakija: Thanks Chris.

The colours and tones look great, but it just seems weird to me that you exclude most of his head and context of what he might be trying to shoot/do at that moment.
Jide Alakija: Thanks Veloran. The shot was a random, "no-look" shot! He was only setting up his camera for a shoot that we were about to do together.

Oi Oi Oi nobody is allowed to put up pictures of my headless body. LOL nice shot Mr. I know the person, his name is Ade, so whats my prize???? I like how u have burnt stuff in this image, it really works. Also i like the composition, with shots like this I don't think I can come and disgrace myself with such superior images
Jide Alakija: No burning here mate...just curves.

Nice framing on this shot! Interesting pattern on the floor - is that what he's taking a picture of?
Jide Alakija: He's just setting up his camera.
Great shot with nice quant colours which seem to give a lovely overall effect.Just love this scene.Who is it...well I don't know many people in the photoblogging world thus far so is it...um....your reflection in a mirror and taken with a 2nd camera?

I've added a link to your blog at mine (http://www.thedailysunrise.com) Please return the favour if you can with a link to mine smile
Jide Alakija: Thanks Azhar for adding me but unfortunately I don't have that feature here on Shutterchance to add links if not I would have done the same.

There's somthing to this picture i like. Don't know much photospeak, but it's got a "texture" and that i'm really feeling. the clours are amazing - dark and subdued.

I also like that you can't see the photographer's face (makes you look to other parts of him to try to figure out what he's about). It draws your attention to his hands which I really like cos even though they look quite capable, the gentleness whith which he's handling his camera is quite touching.

It could be me - I always put my lens caps in my left trouser pocket and I also trip over my bag as soon as I put it down. On the other hand, this guy's too sleek to be me. I'm more, er...robust!

i agree with morenike on this... his hands and the way he gently holds the camera definatly say alot about him OR his love for his camera. good shot.
