Bell Jar : Private Enterprises

The road side mechanic of Lagos, it's interesting how these people know what they know, how they get their business, how they establish themselves. I doubt they have business cards, email and web addresses, or even listed in the yellow pages. How do they get their businesses? These are the questions that fox a typical western ideal. One thing for sure is that you know that when you have a problem with your car they somehow seem to turn up, coincidence? I'm not sure. You thoughts......

i can tell u that these road side mechanics dont know much abt cars. they're only there to quick fix any issues u have at that time and if u know wats good 4 u... u'll take that car to a proper mechanic asap!!!

this is a good shot... it is about catching the ways people live. the road side mechanic in Lagos might not have the best tools and up with technology... but he gives a service within what his society can afford him.

MEN! this takes me back. I miss Nigeria so MUCH. Eventhough it is not that good but it is still BEAUTIFUL.
